Ed Mickolus is an accomplished author, researcher, humorist, writing consultant, and retired CIA officer with a diverse career spanning over three decades. A published author of 48 books, Mickolus covers topics ranging from terrorism studies to humor. He has a rich background in intelligence, serving in analytical, operational, and management roles at the CIA for 33 years. Notably, he was the agency's first full-time analyst on international terrorism, also contributing to assessments on global political issues and overseeing covert programs targeting terrorists, drug traffickers, and espionage threats.
